    Yorkshire’s Finest Traditional Old English Sausages (500g Pack)

    Yorkshire’s Finest Traditional Old English Sausages are handmade, containing nothing other than 96% of beautifully selected cuts of pork shoulder.

    Our pork shoulder is combined with a careful blend of seasoning and herbs with just a splash of water to create this delicious sausage.

    Our Sausages are made from our woodland pork. The pigs are native breeds including Large Yorkshire Whites, Saddlebacks and Gloucester Old Spot, that spend their free-range lives foraging in Yorkshire Woodlands. We select the very best gilts and most importantly when the gilts are ready we dry age our pork for around 7 days, in the same vein as our Beef and Lamb. In conclusion, this process helps intensify the flavour and texture.

    Yorkshire’s Finest Traditional Thick Pork Sausages (500g Pack)

    Yorkshire’s Finest Traditional Thick Pork Sausages are made with maximum pride and skill.

    Our pride is due to the fact that our sausages are all handmade using the finest of ingredients. The thick pork sausage contains 70% pork, combined with a rusk and herb mix. In short, they are perfect for any occasion be it a breakfast or a sunny barbecue.

    Yorkshire’s Finest Thick Cumberland Sausages (500g Pack)

    Yorkshire’s Finest Thick Cumberland Sausages are a classic sausage, perfect for any meal of the day.

    These delicious sausages are expertly made using a mixture of 70% Yorkshire’s finest pork shoulder and belly. Once the pork is combined we add a traditional Cumberland seasoning, natural rusk and some water. As a result, all of this combined produces a sausage packed full of flavour and with a lovely texture.

    Yorkshire’s Finest Traditional Thin Pork Sausages are a delicious way to start your day.

    These delicious thin sausages are otherwise known as Chioplata. They are handmade and are traditionally a sausage with a smaller meat content. Our thin pork sausages contain 58% pork shoulder, mixed with natural rusk and herbs. This mixture makes them an ideal sausage for breakfast, providing slow realising energy as well as wonderful satisfaction.

    Delicious Wild Venison Sausages.

    There are plentiful supplies of Wild Venison here in the UK. With no natural predators, it is up to us to keep the numbers in balance. Recently less Venison has been consumed and as a result, we are starting to see an impact on our woodlands. More Venison = less saplings = less trees. Without an increase in venison consumption, we risk reducing our native plants and trees and as such weaken our biodiversity.

    Eating more Venison, therefore, will not only help our environment but also provide you with a lean, iron-rich and delicious meal.

    Pigs in Blankets (Pack of 20)

    Pigs in blankets are the perfect accompaniment for any Roast, or delicious enough to be eaten on their own. These perfect little Pigs in Blankets are all handmade in house.

    Made using our own delicious Pork Cocktail Sausage recipe and then wrapped in some cured streaky bacon. These really can be enjoyed by everyone, at any time of the year and becoming popular all year round especially as a party snack served with some delicious sauce.

    Made using only the finest, locally sourced Yorkshire pork. Yorkshire pigs such as the large white and middle white have been bred specifically to produce sausages. We traditionally butcher and then hand mix our sausage blends.

    Our Recommended Cooking Instructions:
    • Bring your pigs in blankets to room temperature and heat your oven to 175c
    • Place your pigs in blankets on a baking tray
    • Cook, for 10 minutes and then turn over for another 10 minutes.
    • Prepare a sauce or dip to enjoy with the sausages.
    • Enjoy when nice and brown and cooked through.

    It is perfect for making your own stuffing, sausage rolls, and pasta sauces. Moreover, it has the added bonus of being Gluten Free, meaning that everyone can enjoy it.

    The meat to fat ratio makes them great breeds to use for sausages. Consequently, we use a 70/30 mix of shoulder and belly for our sausage mix.

    Lamb Mergeuz

    Lamb Mergeuz is a small but oh so mighty sausage.

    Since the late twentieth century, Lamb Merguez has been popular in France and England due to the Moroccan & Algerian populations and influences.

    Our Mergeuz contains Rose Harrisa, Paprika, and many other delicious spices. Perfect on the barbecue served with flatbreads and maybe a bit of yoghurt for those who like a little less heat.

    Yorkshire Lamb is farmed on lush hillside grasslands perfect for sheep, not crops. Sheep farming has taken place in Yorkshire for centuries. As a result, the landscape is marked by drystone walls that have kept the sheep secure for centuries. Most Importantly their diet of Yorkshire grass creates a wonderful flavour. After that, we age our lamb on the bone for 7-14 days to create a wonderful texture.

    Yorkshire Lamb is currently on some of the finest restaurant tables across the UK, consequently, we are proud to offer you the same quality product to cook and enjoy at home.

    • Firstly, bring the Lamb Mergeuz to room temperature
    • Fry or grill or cook on the barbecue.
    • Turn the Merguez till it has gained plenty of colour and flavour and continue to cook for 10-15 minute.
    • Check the Merguez is fully cooked through.
    • Most importantly, enjoy.
