    Only the very finest quality beef cuts are used to produce this super versatile, lean Minced Beef.

    Taken from primal cuts from the Top & Fore Quater of Beef. This Minced Beef provides excellent fat to meat ratio making this a must-have versatile household product.

    Yorkshire beef is some of the finest in the whole of the UK. Selected from herds across this large historic county. Here at Waterford Farm, we farm our own special Grass-fed, slow grown cattle. We farm and age native and continental breeds. As a result, we can meet the various demands of our chefs.

    Pack weight to range between 490-510g

    Our Recommended Cooking Instructions:
    • Heat a heavy-based pan on the stove
    • Add some beef dripping or oil to the pan
    • Once smoking, add the beef mince and stir whilst browning the meat.
    • Once browned take out of the pan and begin cooking the rest of the sauce
    • Add the beef mince back into the sauce to cook slowly.

    Wild Venison Burger

    We think these Wild Venison Burgers are a fantastic introduction to Venison.

    There is plentiful supplies of Wild Venison here in the UK. With no natural predators, it is up to us to keep the numbers in balance. Recently less Venison has been consumed and as a result, we are starting to see an impact on our woodlands. More Venison = less saplings = less trees. Without an increase in venison consumption, we risk reducing our native plants and trees and as such weaken our biodiversity.

    Eating more Venison, therefore, will not only help our environment but also provide you with a lean, iron-rich and delicious meal.

    They come in 4 x 8oz burgers and are perfect for a healthy, lean, protein-rich burger.

    Simply grill your burgers for around 4-6 minutes a side or until cooked through.

  • Yorkshire’s Finest 8oz Salt Aged Black Angus Burgers (Pack of 4)

    Yorkshire’s Finest 8oz Salt Aged Black Angus Burgers represent our very finest steak burger.

    These delicious burgers are made using the very finest steak trim with us favouring chuck steak and sirloin trim using aged steak fat. We use an old family recipe that combines great quality salt, pepper and a few subtle herbs.

    The steak is taken from our Himalayan salt aged beef, so it is the very finest beef available. The beef that is selected to go into our chamber is predominantly coming from our Black Angus X cattle. It is a breed that we and our co-operative of farmers favour due to its delicious flavour profile.

    We press our Salt Aged Black Angus Burgers before they are aged again in our Himalayan Salt Chamber for 24 hours. This second ageing process gives them the most amazing flavour and texture.

    Yorkshire beef is some of the finest in the whole of the UK. Selected from herds across this large historic county. Here at Waterford Farm, we farm our own special Grass-fed, slow-grown cattle. We farm and age native and continental breeds. As a result, we can meet the various demands of our chefs. Secondly, we have a fantastic network of farmers who all supply us with incredible grass-fed beef.

  • Spicy Cajun Chicken Burgers

    Yorkshire’s Finest 8oz Spicy Cajun Chicken Burgers (Pack of 4)

    Spicy Cajun Chicken Burgers are made with a mix of minced breast, minced thigh meat and a in-house cajun spice mix.

    Cajun seasoning originally comes from Louisiana. It’s a spicy blend of paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, pepper and oregano. As a result, the spices combine delightfully with the chicken, making it a delicious alternative to beef burgers (if you ever needed an alternative).

    Our butcher’s hand mince our chicken making sure it passed the Yorkshire’s finest quality test. We source our chicken from the very finest local poultry farms across Yorkshire. The barn-raised chickens are fed a grain-based diet and afforded plenty of space. We only work with high-quality farm assured, grade A chicken farmers, enabling you to have chicken that has been bred to high welfare standards yet is more affordable than our delicious free-range options.

    Our Recommended Cooking Instructions:
    • Bring to room temperature
    • Fry in a little oil or cook on the barbecue.
    • Turn the chicken till it has gained plenty of colour and flavour and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes.
    • Check the chicken is fully cooked through.

    We favour a few different primal cuts from the forequarter to go into our burgers and use some delicious fat taken from the ribs and sirloins. The steak fat will slowly melt away during cooking, consequently enriching the burger and creating a lovely texture.

    The burger is expertly seasoned and flavoured with small amounts of herbs and black pepper. This mix has been worked on over the years and we feel this combination brings out the very best of our beef.
