DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

We, R & J Yorkshire’s Finest Farmers and Butchers deliver fresh restaurant quality produce throughout Yorkshire and beyond. We will deliver either via our own fleet of vans or by DPD Courier Tuesday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.

DELIVERY CHARGES
England, Scotland and Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands
Orders over £50: Free* Delivery Monday to Friday
Orders under £50: £9.95 Delivery Monday to Friday

Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles
Deliveries are charged at £14.95 (two-day delivery)

Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight
Deliveries are charged at £11.95 (two-day delivery)

*FREE DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
For Free Delivery, the value of the transaction must total £50 or more after any promotional codes or discounts are applied. Some areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland will incur a higher delivery charge (see detailed charges above) and are exempt from free delivery.
The exact delivery charges will be calculated at checkout when you input your delivery address, postcode and chosen delivery date.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We offer delivery Tuesday to Friday via courier, excluding weeks with Bank Holidays. You can select your delivery day during checkout, the next available day will automatically be selected. Alternatively you are able to Click & Collect Monday to Friday from our premises in Kirkby Malzeard. DPD are aware of the perishable nature of our consignments and we ask that you never alter the delivery day direct with them. Should you need to alter a Delivery Day please correspond direct with ourselves a minimum of 48 hours prior to delivery date.

You will be provided with a Tracking Reference for your order if being delivered via courier. Local deliveries may be made by our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles.

You do not need to be at home when the delivery is made. Please leave details of a ‘safe place’ to leave the delivery when you checkout in the event that no one is around to take receipt of your order.

Your delivery will be packaged carefully under Temperature Controlled Conditions which will mean that the refrigeration temperature will be maintained in the unlikely event that your consignment be delayed. All meat products should be refrigerated as soon as you open your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
You must notify us of any problems with your order within 24 hours of delivery.

Unfortunately, you are unable to return any produce delivered to you. However if there is an issue with the products received we may, at our own discretion, offer you a voucher or complementary product(s) for use on future orders with R & J Yorkshire’s Finest Farmers and Butchers Ltd. Only in exceptional circumstances will a full refund be offered.
