Yorkshire’s Finest 6oz Beef Burgers combine the very finest steak trim and steak fat, therefore, creating this lovely burger.
We favour a few different primal cuts from the forequarter to go into our burgers and use some delicious fat taken from the ribs and sirloins. The steak fat will slowly melt away during cooking, consequently enriching the burger and creating a lovely texture.
The burger is expertly seasoned and flavoured with small amounts of herbs and black pepper. This mix has been worked on over the years and we feel this combination brings out the very best of our beef.
Yorkshire beef is some of the finest in the whole of the UK. Selected from herds across this large historic county. Here at Waterford Farm, we farm our own special Grass-fed, slow-grown cattle. We farm and age native and continental breeds. As a result, we can meet the various demands of our chefs. Secondly, we have a fantastic network of farmers who all supply us with incredible grass-fed beef.

Our Recommended Cooking Instructions:
- Firstly, bring your burgers to room temperature
- Meanwhile, prepare your barbecue.
- Grill your 6oz Beef Burgers on a medium heat for 20-25mins turning regularly.
- Please ensure the burger is cooked right through and the juices run clear.
- Most importantly, enjoy.
