We have put together a wonderful Hogget curry night pack for 4 people in partnership with Saffron Tree.

These Seekh Kebabs are made from 100% Hogget, perfect for warming on these chilly winter nights. You can have these as a side for your curry or as a delicious main served with Naan, an onion salad and some yoghurt.
Pack weight ranges between 390 – 410g.

Our Seekh Kebabs should be grilled on a medium heat for 20-25mins, turning regularly.

Away from tradition and back in the day Hogget would have been the main ingredient for sausages commonly eaten here in Yorkshire.
Rob (the R in R&J) can remember his family always eating a Hogget sausage especially in Autumn and Winter due to it being more plentiful than pork or beef. With that in mind and recipe development we have recreated these delightful Yorkshire’s Farmer’s Sausages.
Our interpretation takes the form of an 8oz spiralled sausage that has been lightly spiced and perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Make your sausage and mash extra special this season.
