Macsween’s Haggis Ball is a great authentic Scottish Haggis.

Our Recommended Cooking Instructions:
- Firstly, preheat oven to 180°C, remove the outer packaging of the Macsween’s Haggis Ball, but don’t remove the tight casing.
- Secondly, wrap the haggis in foil, put in an ovenproof dish with some space around it, and then pour in boiling water so it comes about 2.5cm (1in) up the sides of the dish.
- Cook for about 1 hour 30 mins until piping hot throughout (topping up water as needed).
- Subsequently, remove skin and clips before serving.
- Serve and enjoy
