Turkey Escalope is lean, healthy and easy to cook.
Perfect for you to make crusted turkey escalopes or warm herb seasoned turkey sandwiches. Just make a healthy salad to go with it and you have a perfect mid-week meal.
We use superb Free Range Turkeys sourced locally from Pollards of Thirkleby to produce these escalopes. These turkeys are some of the tastiest and highest quality birds you will find. Not only do Pollards rear their own turkeys but they also grow their own crops to feed them.
Thirkleby is situated beneath the Kilburn White Horse in the Hambleton hills. The farm is owned by the Pollards who are the 5th generation to run the Farm.

Our Recommended Cooking Instructions:
- Firstly, bring Turkey Escalope to room temperature
- Season and dip into some beaten eggs (You can just fry them like this or make a crust as written below)
- Subsequently, coat in some breadcrumbs (you can add some parmesan to this mix if you wish)
- Heat up a pan and add some butter before gently frying the escalopes
- Serve and enjoy
