Diced Turkey is a delicious and lean protein taken from the thighs.

Turkey is delicious when cooked in spices or in curries.  It can handle spices better than breasts, thanks to it being a very active part of the bird with its own incredible flavour. It is also a great lean product so perfect for midweek, health-aware meals.

Diced Turkey is taken from the superb Free Range Turkeys sourced locally from Pollards of Thirkleby. Thirkleby is situated beneath the Kilburn White Horse in the Hambleton hills. The farm is owned by the Pollards who are the 5th generation to run Mill Farm. These turkeys are quite simply some the tastiest and highest quality birds you will find. Not only do Pollards rear their own turkeys but they also grow their own crops to feed them.

Pack weight is around 750g.

Our Recommended Cooking Instructions:
  • Firstly, bring Diced Turkey to room temperature
  • Secondly flavour, spice or mould as you desire
  • Subsequently heat up a pan and add some oil before gently frying and browning.
  • Add to your sauce or dish once finished cooking.
  • Serve and enjoy
