Spicy Cajun Chicken Burgers are made with a mix of minced breast, minced thigh meat and a in-house cajun spice mix.
Cajun seasoning originally comes from Louisiana. It’s a spicy blend of paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, pepper and oregano. As a result, the spices combine delightfully with the chicken, making it a delicious alternative to beef burgers (if you ever needed an alternative).
Our butcher’s hand mince our chicken making sure it passed the Yorkshire’s finest quality test. We source our chicken from the very finest local poultry farms across Yorkshire. The barn-raised chickens are fed a grain-based diet and afforded plenty of space. We only work with high-quality farm assured, grade A chicken farmers, enabling you to have chicken that has been bred to high welfare standards yet is more affordable than our delicious free-range options.

Our Recommended Cooking Instructions:
- Bring to room temperature
- Fry in a little oil or cook on the barbecue.
- Turn the chicken till it has gained plenty of colour and flavour and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Check the chicken is fully cooked through.
- Most importantly, enjoy.
