Leg of lamb is undoubtedly the pièce de résistance of roast lamb – a super carving joint at all times. Quite a lot leaner than shoulder with a much higher content of super delicious meat. Leg of lamb is carefully prepared, ‘tunnel boned’ and rolled by our highly skilled butchers, giving perfect slices of delicious lamb every time.

(Pack weight to range between 1.5kg-1.6kg)

Our recommended cooking instructions:
Allow to come to room temperature. Make small incisions in the fat and stud with rosemary and garlic, season with sea salt. Roast for 20mins per 450g and a further 20mins. Set the oven to 220C for the first 15minutes and then turn down to 180C for the remaining time. Rest for at least 20mins and enjoy.
