Our Honey & Mint Lamb Rumps are absolutely delicious. Perfect on the grill or BBQ as an extra tasty mid-week meal, our as a showstopping centrepiece. Minted lamb is a classic flavour and these lamb rumps are no exception!
Yorkshire Lamb is farmed on lush hillside grasslands perfect for sheep, not crops. Sheep farming has taken place in Yorkshire for centuries. As a result, the landscape is marked by drystone walls that have kept the sheep secure for centuries. Most Importantly their diet of Yorkshire grass creates a wonderful flavour. After that, we age our lamb on the bone for 7-14 days to create a wonderful texture.

Our Recommended Cooking Instructions:
- Bring the Honey & Mint Lamb Rumps room temperature
- Meanwhile, warm up your barbecue.
- Place in the indirect heat and cook for 8 minute a side
- Finish off in the direct heat for 2 minutes a side
- Rest for 10 minutes
