The classic Beef Meatballs with our very own Yorkshire’s Finest twist.

A very versatile product that works well served in a rich tomato sauce and spaghetti.

Yorkshire beef is some of the finest in the whole of the UK. Selected from herds across this large historic county. Here at Waterford Farm, we farm our own special Grass-fed, slow-grown cattle. We farm and age native and continental breeds. As a result, we can meet the various demands of our chefs. Secondly, we have a fantastic network of farmers who all supply us with incredible grass-fed beef.

Allergen information contains Gluten and Sulphites.

Pack weight ranges between 420 – 460g (Pack of 16)

Our recommended cooking instructions:
  • Firstly, bring your Beef Meatballs to room temperature
  • Brown off in a little oil in a pan, once browned set a side.
  • Use the pan and add your onions and celery plus garlic. Once sweated down add some tomato puree and beef stock.
  • Add back the meatballs and slowly simmer for 1 hour.
  • Most importantly, enjoy

    My only concern is that cooking instructions are often missing from the packaging of most of your products & to the general cook this information would be helpful
