Grouse Moor to Kitchen Door in a matter of hours!!

It’s that time of year again and today is the ‘Glorious 12^th’
which marks the start of the grouse shooting season.

Unfortunately last year was a particularly bad year due to
the dreadful early spring weather (the Beast from the East), which coincided with
the Grouse nesting season. It caused a severe decline in the number of Grouse
for the 2018 season, but we’re hopeful that 2019 will be a better season.

This year our Yorkshire’s Finest Grouse supply will once
again come from the Dent Family in Coverdale, where the quality of the birds
really is second to none. The Grouse are sourced from the moors and estates in
the surrounding Dales.
