The bread sauce is velvety in texture and made with a modern twist. Importantly quality Sourdough is used with black pepper and a touch of nutmeg. It certainly makes the perfect accompaniment to any roast bird, for example, Roast Partridge.

Our Recommended Cooking Instructions:
- Firstly, empty the contents of TRUEfoods Sourdough Bread Sauce into a saucepan.
- Secondly, place over moderate heat for approximately 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve immediately.
