Waterford Farm Pies are award-winning pies made exclusively for us.

We use Nidderdale Lamb, and spices from our Merguez sausages. The combination of spices and lamb go perfectly together as they cut through the richness of the meat. Nidderdale lamb is sourced from the AONB that surrounds our farm and butchery. It is famed for its flavour and tenderness.

Waterford Farm Pies are named after our farm in Yorkshire. They are handmade in small batches by an expert team of pie makers. The pies use a shortcrust pastry, packed full of Yorkshire’s finest ingredients.

We enjoy our pies with some TrueFoods gravy, some chips or mashed potatoes and some greens. Keep an eye open for some seasonal specials.

Please note all pies are despatched frozen and may thaw slightly in transit.

Allergens: Gluten, Egg, Celery, Milk, Sulphites, Nuts

Our Recommended Cooking Instructions:
  • Firstly, preheat your oven to 180’c,
  • Secondly, place your Moroccan Spiced Lamb Pies on a baking tray in their foil casing
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes from frozen and 20-25 minutes from chilled.
  • Consequently, make sure the filling is piping hot all the way through
  • Serve and enjoy
