R & J and Saffron Tree have collaborated to make this delicious Seekh Kebab that we think adds some lovely spice to your evenings.
These Seekh Kebabs are made from 100% Hogget/Lamb, perfect cooked over charcoal. You can have these as a side for your curry or as a delicious main served with Naan, an onion salad and some yoghurt.
We only select the finest Yorkshire Hoggets/Lambs from across this fine historic county.
Yorkshire Lamb is farmed on lush hillside grasslands perfect for sheep, not crops. Sheep farming has taken place in Yorkshire for centuries. As a result, the landscape is marked by drystone walls that have kept the sheep secure for centuries. Most Importantly their diet of Yorkshire grass creates a wonderful flavour. We age our Hoggets/Lambs on the bone for 7-14 days to create a wonderful texture.

Pack weight ranges between 390 – 410g.
Our Recommended Cooking Instructions:
- Firstly bring the kebabs to room temperature
- Secondly grill on a medium heat for 20-25mins, turning regularly.
- Serve and enjoy.
