Undoubtedly the best veal available from around the world is always from the Netherlands. The Dutch have been pioneers in the veal industry for many years and produce the most incredible, well bred, farmed, fed and fattened veal calves available. For over a decade now we have had a close relationship with a Dutch veal supplier and work very closely with their farmers to guarantee exactly what we require. Twice per week, we take delivery of all fresh veal cuts ranging from Osso Bucco, T bones, fillets, livers, bones escallops or even french trimmed cutlets which we traditionally oak smoke at our bespoke smoke house.

We can also arrange for the best of Yorkshire veal to be available through one of our chosen cooperative farmers should you wish.
