This British Pork Box is perfect for anyone who loves top-quality British pork. Our beautiful woodland-reared pork range comes from pigs that roam freely through the forest on Escrick Park Estate here in North Yorkshire. The pigs are native breeds including Saddlebacks and Gloucester Old Spot, that spend their free-range lives foraging in Yorkshire Woodlands. We only select the very best gilts and when ready we dry age our pork for around 7 days in a special pork dry ageing fridge. This process helps intensify the flavour whilst developing an incredible crackling
We pride ourselves on supplying our customers with what we regard as ‘old-fashioned’ pork. It has a pleasing texture and a rich covering of fat for plenty of flavour. As well as traditional cuts such as pork cutlets and pork fillet, we’ve also included some pre-prepped produce, including diced pork, minced pork and pork sausages.
