As a proud Yorkshire Butcher, having a strong pie offering is a must. We have enjoyed eating pies across this country since the Roman times and there is no sign of this simple enjoyment ceasing any time soon.
In fact there is a whole week dedicated to this humble food and it is a week we are proud to take part in and hope you will also embrace to try one of our amazing pies.
Since we introduced Waterford Farm Pies in November we have been working on various aspects of recipe development. We have sought advice from some of our esteemed chefs to create a pie range that is wholesome, flavorsome & encrusted in a delicious handmade pastry.
Our new Steak and Ale pie is just that, loads of Chuck Steak from our farm mixed with Black Sheep Brewery Ale from just 4 miles up the road in Masham. It is simply delicious, local and a must try.
