Both breeds are renowned for their outstanding muscle yield, fat ratio and flavoursome meat.
Our lambs enjoy happy lives grazing on fresh grass. We buy them live from farmers in our cooperative and they are only sent to carefully selected local abattoirs to spare them the stress of longer journeys.
All our lamb is hung for a minimum of ten days so our customers receive the perfectly tender meat they rightly expect.
We are very lucky to have some of the country’s finest lamb farmers in our cooperative. By staggering their breeding cycles, they allow us to offer fresh lamb all year around.
