After moving to The Devonshire Arms two years ago, my first task was to source suppliers. My food philosophy is based around sourcing the best ingredients possible, treat them simply and in a manner that allows them to shine. Ryan and his team at R&J have worked fantastically with us, not only with the delivery of the fantastic quality of products but also in the development and individual specification tailored to me. A good relationship with suppliers is vital to me and I can honestly say the team at R&J have always gone the extra mile to help where necessary and I couldn’t ask for more.
