We are driving forward with producing Yorkshires Finest sausage and are very proud of our BPEX Award Winning Sausage Range. Every last one is homemade, sealed in natural skins and contains Red Tractor approved pork and many natural ingredients. 

“We’ve only been making the ‘Pork, Sundried Tomato and Basil Sausage’ and ‘Reduced Fat and MSG Free Cumberland Sausage’ for three months; what’s more it’s our first time entering the BPEX competition so to come out with two awards is overwhelming – we’ll certainly be back next year!” Our R&J sausages managed to stack up a number of awards including one silver, two golds and two third place National Final Winners at Smithfield, out of over 250 entrants.

 

We offer no less than 40 flavours, all sure to excite the taste buds, from traditional Old English right through to seasonal specials like our Port, Pork and Cranberry Christmas special!

Charcuterie Range

Many hotels require a steady supply of the choicest cooked meats to offer their guests for breakfast and other meals. If you are one such establishment, look no further than R&J!

We offer a full charcuterie range, including quality chorizo, Parma ham, salami, terrines, pepperoni and many more. And for the truly discriminating, we also supply every available Macsween Haggis.

Most certainly one of Ryan’s favourites – Black puddings. Round ones, triangular ones, linked ones, French ones or even multi-award winning ones. We supply them all, and if you’re feeling adventurous, why not make your own signature black pudding with our small packs of dried black pudding mix.

If time is of the essence, why not take advantage of having some of Yorkshires best beef, ham or turkey cooked for you and even sliced. We only source the very best traditional cooked meats and nothing other will find its way onto our shelves.
